Cuplock Ledger

A Cuplock Ledger, also known as a horizontal in the Cuplock scaffolding system, is a key component used to provide horizontal support and stability. It is a long metal tube with cuplock nodes at each end that fit into the vertical standards (posts) of the Cuplock scaffolding system. These ledgers lock into place with a simple cuplock mechanism that involves a rotating cup at the top of the scaffold standards, which securely holds the ledgers at the desired level. The design allows for quick, easy assembly and disassembly, providing flexible, yet sturdy, horizontal structures such as platforms, walkways, and bracing. Cuplock ledgers are made from high-strength steel to support heavy loads and resist bending, ensuring safety and reliability in construction, maintenance, and renovation projects.
